You have to floss
A lot of people don’t like flossing. For one reason or another, it’s just not something that seems important. The thing is, you do need to floss if you want great oral health. Brush twice, not once
It’s easy to brush before bed or right after you wake up. But is it easy to remember to brush at both of those times? Again, some people just don’t seem to be able to keep up this schedule, but it’s imperative to your oral health. Brushing is like the pre-rinse for your teeth; you have to brush to remove most of the major debris. Flossing is the detailing.
